Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open a listing
Start exploring a Property Detail Page (PDP) by tapping on a listing.
2. Photos
The Listing Photos section is at the top of each PDP. You can swipe your finger horizontally through each photo to take a quick glance at each photo. You can also tap your finger on this section to open its photo gallery, then tap a photo to view it individually. Zoom in on the photo with two fingers to check out all the detail.
3. Status
By default, a PDP does not indicate whether a listing is available for sale or lease.
4. Reaction buttons
The Reaction buttons are underneath the Photos section.
- Dislike: Tap this button to express a “Dislike” against the listing in view.
- Like: Tap this button to express a “Like” for the listing in view.
- Notify: Tap this button to receive alerts about future changes to the listing in view. Click here to learn more about alerts and notifications in the app.
5. Share button
The Share button is next to the Reaction buttons, and underneath the Photos section. Tap this button to share the listing in view with your agent and other users.
6. Price and Address
The listing price and address are presented below the Reaction buttons. In this section, you can view the list price, the sold price, unit number, street address, and postal code.
7. Directions
The Directions section is underneath the Reaction buttons and next to the listing price and address. It displays a bird's-eye view of the listing on a mini-map. Tap on this section to explore its powerful features, providing quick navigation to the property and offering a pilot seat perspective to check out the surrounding area with a flyover view.
Listed provides three distinct map views for you to examine the listing in view, giving you a sense of being physically present at the site to inspect the property. Tap on each view button to toggle the viewing options.
At top right corner of the current screen, you will find the Directions button. Listed seamlessly integrates with Apple Maps and Google Maps, providing you with a convenient way to navigate to the property address. Picture yourself sitting in a car, using Listed to browse and drive to the property inspection.
8. Guess the Price
Swipe your finger on the PDP to scroll up (1), and you'll discover an option to estimate the sold price of the listing in view. Tap Guess the Price (2) to access a page where you can estimate the selling price of the listing.
Adjust your estimate by sliding your finger on the dial (3). When you’re done, tap Submit (4).
9. Agent notes
Your agent on Listed may share notes occasionally. If you have enabled Notify in a PDP, you will receive an alert about the notes. Tap the alert to open the listing PDP and scroll down to find an option to view the exclusive note your agent has left for you.
10. Property History
One of Listed's standout features is Property History. It grants you complete access to any available sold data on a listing. With Listed, there's no need to rely on others to inquire about a property's past prices.
Tap each sold data item to explore the listing's history in a dedicated PDP. In cases where there are multiple sold data items, tap Show All to unveil the complete history, and then tap on each sold data entry you wish to review.
Our Property History feature empowers you to make well-informed decisions about the listing.
11. Description
In the Listing Description section, uncover a wealth of information that the seller or listing agent shares.
First, you are offered a link to the listing's virtual tour for an immersive experience (when available). Tap on the bordered area to take a peek.
Then, tap Read more to explore the unique features and highlights of the property.
Additionally, you are informed of the inclusions and exclusions, if there are any.
12. Classification, Information, Property Details, Building/Site Information, Maintenance Fees
In each of these sections, you can discover all other details about the listing. For instance:
- The number of days it has been available on the market (Days Back or Days on Market)
- Its MLSⓇ number
- Property taxes
- The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, parking spaces, heat sources, and more
- Included amenities, if any
- Maintenance fees, if applicable
- And many more...
13. Commute Time
One of the most pragmatic features supported by Listed is commute time estimation. You can add multiple locations to view time and distance estimations from the property in view to each location.
To begin, tap Add Location. Then, search for the location, select an address type, give it a nickname, and choose the commute type. When you’re done, tap Save. The location is now added to the PDP.
- To navigate to the saved location, tap the commute item and select a map service (Listed currently supports Apple Maps and Google Maps)
- To edit the commute item, tap Edit.
- To delete the commute item, tap and rest your finger on it, then tap Delete.
14. Neighbourhood
The Neighbourhood section provides you information about the listing’s postal code, district code (when applicable), neighbourhood name (when applicable), cross street (when applicable), city, and province.
15. QR Code
Introducing yet another powerful feature with the QR Code section. It offers an incredibly convenient way to share listing information with others. Use another mobile device to scan the QR code to get instant access to all the details.
Additionally, you can save the QR code to your Camera Roll by tapping Save to Photos.
16. Presented Agent
The Presented Agent section showcases the dedicated real estate agent assigned to you with Listed. This agent is your key to unlocking the doors to your forever home. Tap on the agent’s profile photo to view more information about them.
Tap any contact options underneath the agent’s name to call, email, or message them. Moreover, you have the option to share their profile with others by tapping Share.
17. Brokerage
The Brokerage section provides details about your agent’s brokerage, including its logo (when available), name, address, phone number, fax number, and website address.
You can tap the numbers or website address to reach out to the brokerage if desired.
18. Contact agent
Tap Contact agent at the bottom of a PDP to inquire your agent about additional details at any time. This option is always at your fingertips, ready to assist you in promptly scheduling a showing whenever you desire.
19. Three-dot
The three-dot menu is always located at the top right corner of your screen when viewing a listing from a PDP. Tap it to reveal additional quick actions. Currently, two quick actions are supported:
- Add to List: Allows you to save the listing to a list for future reference.
- View on Map in Browse: Enables you to browse the listing in relation to other listings in the same area on a map.
