Which alerts will you receive?
Here is a non-exhaustive list of alerts you will receive:
- Listing price change
- Listing status change
- New listing matching a Saved Search
- New guess for Guess the price on a listing
- New agent note (for clients only) on a listing
- New client (for agents only)
- Property is back on the market
Where to view alerts
To view your alerts go to the Alerts tab. If you have not previously enabled push notifications for Listed on your device, tap Enable push notifications in the teal coloured banner located on the top.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
- (Optional) Tap Enable push notifications.
How to manage alerts delivery
To manage the delivery method of your alerts go to the Alerts tab, tap Settings in the upper-right corner, then tap Save in the upper-right corner to save your alert settings.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
- Tap the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
- Make your selection.
- Tap the Save button in the upper-right corner.
How to show all alerts/hide read alerts
A purple dot on the right side indicates unread alerts. When an alert has been read (interacted with), the dot will disappear but the alert will remain on the screen. If you want an empty screen rather than your alerts history, you can toggle between all alerts or unread alerts only by tapping on Show unread alerts only.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
- Check/uncheck Show unread alerts only.

To mark all alerts as read, tap on the Read All button located in the upper-left corner.

How to subscribe/unsubscribe alerts on a listing
How to get notified on (the) properties you like
To get alerts on a listing, tap the notify button (bell). The purple bell icons means you will receive alerts. Tap on it to stop receiving alerts.
- Tap the notify button (bell) on a listing card or on the property detail page.
