Note: Listed is made for a mobile experience. It’s best utilized on your Android or Apple devices, such as iPhone, iPad or Mac (using Apple Silicon). When you send someone a listing and they may not have Listed mobile app installed, we provide a web version for them to view the listing.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Tap “Listed”

Tap Listed from the text message that was sent to you by your agent, or by a friend, colleague or family member.

Tap “Get” to download the app for free

Tap “Open” once the app is downloaded

Tap “Get Started” from the Listed start screen

2. Enter your cell phone number

Why do I have to put in my cell number? Your cell phone number is your account number. You’ll always use it to log in securely by entering your phone number and then receiving a one-time sms code to input on the verification screen. Your phone number is private and if you share it, only your agent will see it. The real estate board requires you to be securely signed in to view certain real estate listings (such as sold data and past listing history)

Put your cell number in the space provided

If you are in another country, tap the flag to find the country code for your country. You can sign in from any country but, if you are currently not in the country your phone number is from, for example a resident of Toronto on holiday in Costa Rica, then please let your agent know to reach out to us so we can manually assist you. (This is a phone carrier protection)

At the bottom of the screen you can reach Listed technical support if you need technical help or have questions. For anything Real Estate related, please ask your agent.

Tap “Sign in”

Please note you can read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located below the “Sign In” button. These Terms are formed mainly by the rules of the MLS®es that we are technology providers for. The main onus on you is to not misuse the data and to use this app because you have a genuine interest in real estate.

Tap the code that will appear above your keyboard

If you don’t see it above your keyboard on your phone screen, go to your text messages to retrieve it,

then return to Listed and enter the code in the white square spaces as shown below.

3. Choose “Continue”

Tap “Continue” to continue to use Listed as a client.

The “I am an agent” button is for your agent to Sign In to their agent version of Listed which allows them privileges such as logging into the real estate boards they’re part of and inputting listings.

4. Fill in your name and email (This is required by Real Estate Board(s))

Tap to enter your email

Choose whether you want updates about new features (we send 4 per year, one per quarter)

Tap “Continue”

On Listed you determine how you can be reached. We recommend leaving all methods of contact on. Only your agent will see your contact information, and only if that method is marked as ‘on’. Please note, if you turn them all off your agent will not be able to reach you. You are always able to reach them from the bottom of every listing and from tapping “My agent” from your “Me” tab, once you’re in Listed.

5. Final Steps!

Press “Continue”

Or press just “Continue” to skip

Read the Terms of Use as provided by the Real Estate Board that your agent belongs to.

If your agent is part of more than one Real Estate Board, as you come across listings from another Board, for the first time, you will be required to, pause and read the Terms of Use for that Board and then “Agree” and continue.
