How to get alerts for delisted listings through a Saved Search

Learn how to set up your Saved Listing Search with a Delisted filter for instant alerts when listings matching the filters become unavailable

If you had another Saved Search with a desired drawn shape but without a Sold filter, you can first run the search, set a Delisted filter, then save it using the Save button or from the Saved Searches screen to achieve the same outcome quickly. Otherwise, follow the complete instructions below to start from scratch.

1. Go to the Browse tab.

If the Browse tab icon in the lower-left corner of your screen is not highlighted in purple, you are on a different tab. Tap the Browse tab icon to switch tabs.

2. Tap the Filter button.

The Filter button is at the upper-left corner of your screen. Tap it to open the Filters screen.

3. Make sure the Delisted filter is active.

The Delisted filter is located at the top of the Filters sheet. It is the third filter option under the STATUS section, and is inactive by default.

When this filter is active, its background is filled, and when it's not active, its background remains hollow. Toggle it on or off by tapping on the filter.

If the Available and Sold filters are on, remember to toggle them off to exclude Available and Sold listings.

When you’re certain that the Delisted filter is on, tap Done at the upper-right corner of your screen to dismiss the Filters sheet.

You can also quickly toggle the Delisted filter on or off from the Browse tab. Begin by sliding your finger slightly to the left on the Filters ribbon bar, located beneath the search bar. Here, you'll come across a Delisted item. If the filter's background is filled, tap it to turn it off. To turn it on, tap it once more.

4. Adjust the map view zoom level, then save your search.
